Alfred "Kevin" Mims was born to Donald Ross and Geraldine Milton in Galveston, Texas on June 30, 1967.
Alfred was baptized as one of Jehovah Witnesses on February 19, 2005. He zealously shared his Faith with his neighbors and remained faithful until his death on December 16, 2020.
Alfred was educated through the Galveston Independent School District. He worked many years with Tropical Cab Services in Galveston, Texas. While working he was able to meet and "HELP" people from all walks of life. His hard work and dedicated service was appreciated by his Company and his customers.
Alfred was lovingly called "Kevin" by family and friends. During the course of his life he was passionate about HELPING others in need and he touched the lives of so many people. With Bible principles he learned and practiced Kevin was dedicated to caring for his mother. He shared a very special bond with his nephew (Chris), niece (Kerra), sister, Stacey and brother-in-Law (Tony). But Kevin loved ALL his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Ross and other loved ones.
His kindness, loving -spirit, generosity, love and devotion will always remain in the hearts of his family, mother, Geraldine Milton; his sister, Stacey Smith (Herbert); his nephew, Christopher Bell Jr.; his niece, Chakerra Chaney; a host of other relatives and friends.
