GALVESTON Andrea Gail Woodard Toussant age 70 of Galveston passed away Saturday July 6, 2019 at UTMB Hospital in Galveston. Memorial services are 11:00 am Saturday July 27, 2019 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 5827 Avenue T Galveston, Texas 77551.

She was born October 9, 1948 in Galveston, Texas to Lucille Gilliam and Elmer Woodard. She grew up in Galveston graduating with the Central Bearcat Class of 1966. After High School she attended Texas Southern University. On November 29, 1975 she met and married Lawrence Toussant, a marriage that would bring them 2 wonderful children and endure til death did part them. She began her teaching career in Galveston for about 10 years before retiring. She was a faithful member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Galveston.

Survivors include her husband of 43 years Lawrence Toussant of Galveston; daughter Rhonda Whitby and husband Ashton of Webster; son Reginald Toussant of Galveston; sisters Sherri Hayes and Pamela Quiller ; brothers Virgil Page, Wayne Woodard and Larry Paige; 4 grandchildren.
