Arthur Daniel Florence was born January  6, 1953 in Galveston, Texas to Denora and Woodrow Florence.

Arthur attended Galveston Public School and he worked at various jobs until his health failed.

Arthur is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Woodrow Booker and Johnny Ray Florence, sister Mary Mason.

Arthur Florence leaves heartfelt memories with his daughter, Mary Bolden, sisters Betty Denmore (Eddie), Ruby Florence.Nieces Demetra Florence, Sharon Florence,Dominique Mason and Conchetta Sifas.Nephews William Wagner(D.W), Derrick Florence (Carmita), Thomas Florence, John Florence(Sommer),Kenric Florence(Audrey).Granddaughters Jamesha Goodner and Kyera Goodner.Grandson James Goodner. Great-Grandkids Joshlyn Brown, Joshua Brown and Jordan Soloman. And a host of relatives and friends.

Arthur Florence will be cremated and at his request there will be no services.
