Carolyn Elaine Deutsch, 62, of Galveston passed away peacefully April 8th 2024 in her home with her beloved dog Blessings watching over her.

Though she has gone to be with the Lord, she is survived by her daughters, Theresa Kolenovsky and Adale Kolenovsky, her grandchild, Alora Domel, and her sisters, Beverly Deutsch and Lisa Bivens.

Carolyn's vibrant creativity and loyal spirit brought light to many lives. Using her floral skills from Krogers, she crafted exquisite arrangements for her church and family, spreading happiness with her talents. As a runner, and receptionist at UTMB, she brightened the days of countless people, infusing warmth into their hospital visits. Whether donning costumes for Halloween or church events, her playful nature brought smiles to all. While her unwavering love for God shone through every conversation, encouraging those around her.

Carolyn was deeply involved in every church she joined. From leading the Jr. Church at Bible Baptist to helping with the youth programs at West End Baptist Church and Central Baptist Church, she poured her heart into making lessons fun and memorable. Often, her own children were her first enthusiastic audience for her creative ideas.

A service will be held for her at Bible Baptist Church, 7021 Ave. P1/2, Galveston, TX 77551 on Saturday the 20th at 12:00pm.
