GALVESTON Carter Tull age 72 of Bayou Vista passed away Sunday August 4, 2019 at Jennie Sealy Hospital in Galveston. Memorial Service will be held Saturday August 17th @ 12:00 pm. in Bayou Vista at Mud 12 Building 2929 Highway 6, Suite 300 • Bayou Vista, Texas 77563.

Carter was born February 18, 1947 in Abington, Pennsylvania to Joseph Tull and Ethel Carter Tull. He graduated from Upper Moreland High School in 1965; enlisted in Navy in 1965 then released to the reserves in 1978.  He graduated Penn State in 1974 with an Aerospace Engineering Degree and retired from Naval Reserves as SCPO in 1994 and subsequently retiring from Boeing Aerospace.

After retirement he enjoyed working with MUD 12 as a board member. As hobbies he loved to Fly, he enjoyed Classic cars, and Cruising and was an active Volunteer in the 1940 Air Terminal Museum .

Survivors include his wife Debra Tull; sister Joethel Lawler (Bruce); children: Jason Tull (Michelle) daughter- Isabelle; Mike Tull (Julie) Children - Paige, Jonah, Jack, Luke, Carl Robertson (Krista) Children- Dylan, Reid, Wyatt Robertson (Liz) Children – Austin and Ray.
