Claire Christine
Brady
May 16, 1986 — Oct 6, 2024
Galveston
Claire Christine Brady, beloved mother, daughter, grandchild, niece, cousin, and friend, passed unexpectedly from this earthly life on October 6, 2024, while visiting east Texas.
She was born May 16, 1986, in the great state of Indiana to Pamella and Patrick C. Brady. She is survived by her daughter Remi Jo Finch, mother Pam Daly (Colleen), sister Jenn Schaaf (Stephen); grandmother Jo E. Llewellyn; aunts Sharon Croisant (Kenn), Leann Walsh (Kevin), and Marilyn Butterowe; uncle Edwin Earl Llewellyn, III (Debbie); and cousins Sara Bohne (Grant), Angela Llewellyn Marentette (Chris), Nick Llewellyn (Veronica), Sam Llewellyn (Madelyn), Frankie Petronella, Jacob Carmical (Madi), and Isabella Carmical. Aunt "CiCi" adored her boys Stephen and Brady and all of "the kids"—Greyson and Stevie Rose Bohne, Adalynn Marentette, Jonathan Hogland (Bella), Anthony Lankford, Camdyn Pacini, Jerzi Finch, and Connor Keegan-Lloyd (Zach). She also cherished close friends Krysta Pacini and Jennifer Vaiani (Gino). Claire was welcomed into Heaven by her much loved and missed father, Patrick Brady, and grandfather "Papa" E. Earl Llewellyn, Jr.
Claire was a wonderful, loving, and devoted mother whose sun rose and set on her sweet and beautiful daughter Remi. Her heart was truly as big as Texas, and ours are broken by her passing. Although her path in life was not always easy, she never failed to lift those around her.
She lived her life with courage and grace, treating everyone that she met with kindness and dignity. She leaves a legacy of hope and faith that will shine much longer than her precious light which was extinguished far too quickly. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
Visitation will be held at 10:00 am at Carnes Brothers Funeral Home in Galveston on Saturday, October 12, 2024, followed by a brief service at 12:00 noon.
