Daniel Rodriguez, Jr. age 53 of Galveston died April 11, 2023 at Jennie Sealy Hospital in Galveston. Funeral services are 6:30pm Friday April 21, 2023 at Carnes Brothers funeral Home, Pastor Daniel Alvarado officiating. Visitation will begin at 5:00pm.

Daniel was born December 9, 1969 in Galveston to Daniel Rodriguez, Sr. and Elida Caballero Rodriguez.

Survivors include his mother Elida Garcia; children Danielle Rodriguez, Daniel Rodriguez, III, Carlos Rodriguez, Criss Rodriguez and Aaliyan Rodriguez; sisters Audrey Guillory (Lawrence), Maria Angelica Rodriguez, Maria Louisa Rodriguez (Raymond Williams) and Maria Linda Rodriguez; brother Renee Trejo; nieces, Ashley Ruiz, Jessica Montoya, Cenaida Lucio and Angel Marie Williams ; nephews, Danny Rodriguez, David Rodriguez, George Rodriguez and  Ryu Williams; great nieces, Ciara Brock, Chloe Montoya, Laylee Rodriguez and Za'Ryiah Sapp; great nephews, Joe Montoya, Isaiah Hall, Alonzo Montoya, Robert Brock, Marshall Sapp, Andre Wilson, Jr., David Lee Peguero, and Nathan Chris Lee Rodriguez.
