Dorothy Marie Capuano Richie age 65 of Texas City was called to Heaven Monday August 10, 2020 passing peacefully at her residence in her sleep. Funeral services are 5:00pm Saturday August 15, 2020 at Carnes Brothers Funeral Home, Pastor John Bennett of New Hope Church of Alvin officiating. Visitation will begin at 3:00pm.

Dorothy was born August 30, 1954 in Galveston, Texas to Johnny and Concetta Capuano. Her great grandparents were Dorothy and Sam T. Maceo. She will be reunited with her beloved husband Ronald Lee Richie in Heaven.

She is survived by her children Concetta Dolores Richie, Johnimarie Richie, Amanda Christine Richie and Sandra Le Richie LaGrone; grandchildren Nicholas Lee Richie, and wife Melanie Carter, Justin LaGrone, Rosalyn Trevino, Stephen Charles Porres, II and Jadan Lee Zamora; her beautiful great granddaughter Rylee Vivian Marie Richie whom she called "little momma Sita", special companion who she loved very much Eric Tureaud.
