Hal Randy Williams age 71 of Galveston passed from this life, Friday, January 2, 2026 while at Jennie Sealy Hospital in Galveston. Funeral services are 1:00pm Saturday January 17, 2026 at Carnes Brothers Funeral Home in Galveston with Entombment to follow at Lakeview Mausoleum in Galveston. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home beginning at 12:00 noon on Saturday.

Hal Randy Williams, was born October 13, 1954 in Galveston, Texas. He was the oldest of six children born to Charles Edward Williams Sr. and the late Jessie Mae Williams. He received his High School Diploma from Ball High School in Galveston, Texas.

He also attended, College of the Mainland Community College, Texas Southern University and El Paso Community College School of Business. He valued his faith and affiliated with Brentwood Baptist Church of Houston, Texas.

In Randy's early years he was employed as a Traffic Coordinator at Union Equity Grain Elevator, he later moved to El Paso, Texas where he was employed as a warehouse manager for Pat Goff Warehouse, and later became employed as operational Dispatch Supervisor with Central Transportation International.

In his later years he moved back home to Galveston, Texas and was employed as a Longshoreman at the Port of Galveston where he retired.

Predeceased by his mother Jessie Mae Williams, two brothers Charles Edward Williams Jr. and Charles Edward Williams II, he leaves to cherish his memory a loving father Charles Edward Williams Sr., three devoted sisters, Lisa Brown, of League City, Gina Victor (Karl) of Missouri City, and Marsha McBeth (David) of Texas City, Texas. He is also survived by, one son Dellvin Wiiliams (Vimbainashe Wiliams) of Dubai, two daughters Rendi Williams of Dallas, Texas and Brittney Williams of Austin, Texas, the two mothers of his children. Sherri Garcia and Chere Williams, and a devoted nephew, Anthony Williams (Veronica) of Richmond, Texas. He leaves behind five beloved grandchildren: Akira, Zaria, Kourtnei, Xzavier, and CJ; and five cherished great-grandchildren: Zoe, Ana, Duan, Journei, and Zayla. He also was survived by a devoted companion Sylvia Benson of Galveston, Texas and a host of loving, cousins, nieces, nephews and lifelong friends Steve Marsh (Jessica), Warren Tillmon (Judy), and. a host of other loving friends.
