Jacquelyn Nicole Hrachovina left this world to be in paradise with her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, December 13th.  She is joined in heaven by her grandparents who we know eagerly welcomed her with arms wide open.

Jacquelyn, known by those who loved her as Jakki, had an uncanny zest for making those around her laugh with her comedic spirit. Jakki graduated from Texas Bible Institute and also received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting degree at Howard Payne University. While very driven with her career and her continuous pursuit of furthering her education to acquire her MBA, she always made time to be with her family, especially her niece Naomi. Jakki spent many hours caring for her sister Sarah at a Galveston nursing facility, while bringing endless smiles to her sister's face. With a heart of gold, full of compassion for those she loved, she was also a relentless competitor.  An avid volleyball and tennis lover, she shared that love for tennis with her little sister Sarah, training her to play later in high school. Jakki participated in many races, triathlons and spent much of her free time working out at her gym to push her endurance.

She was also highly gifted in mathematics and taught all of her siblings the simplest ways to learn what came natural to her. Jakki was currently employed as Senior Financial Analyst at INEOS and was a member of Victory First Church of God in Texas City. She was a highly gifted artist with drawing and painting and would often play Beethoven's "Fur Elise" when pursuing her passion of playing the piano.

Jakki leaves behind her beloved parents Aaron and Teresa Hrachovina, siblings Arica Angelo, Joshua Hrachovina and Sarah Coreas, sister-in-law Elisa Hrachovina and brother-in-law Edwin Coreas, her beloved niece Naomi Coreas, adored nephew Jeremiah Hrachovina, and "adopted niece" Dallas. Jakki also leaves behind her best friend David.

Jakki was surrounded by her loved ones during her last days, with her aunts and mother attending to her regularly. In the end, she was able to know the depths and breadths of love that those in her life carried for her abundantly in their hearts.  She passed away on her grandmother Theresa Hrachovina's Birthday, a gentle reassurance to her family that she would be cared for and loved unconditionally in her next life in glory.

The family would like to acknowledge a special thank you to Suzanne, her nurse, and Choice Hospice for being there for Jakki in her very last days as a gift to her parents Aaron and Teresa Hrachovina in their dire time of need.

Services will take place on Thursday, December 18th from 5-8pm at Carnes Brothers Funeral Home in Galveston, with Rev. Johnny Angel officiating at 6:30pm. Graveside service will take place on Friday, December 19th at 10am at Calvary Cemetery in Galveston.

Pallbearers are Victor Hrachovina, Asa Hrachovina, Joshua Hrachovina, Mario Angel, Emmanuel Tzanis, Charalampos Tzanis, Joseph Hrachovina. Honorary Pallbearers are Hanniel Hrachovina, Sgt. Jonathan Hrachovina US Army-Korea and John Fletcher.
