In Memory of Leslie John Little

It is with heavy hearts, we announce our beloved Husband, Father, Grandpa, Brother, and Friend went home to be with Jesus on December 21, 2023, at the age of 68. He was proceeded in death by his Father and Mother Jack and Rita Little and his sister Loretta Crider.

He was a devoted Christian who loved the Lord and his family deeply. He is survived by his loving wife Jolie Little of 31 years, his cherished daughter Elizabeth Smith and her husband Matt Smith. Also, his three beloved Grandsons Preston, Mason, and Colton Smith who were the lights of his life. Les was blessed with a very large family that consisted of 8 siblings, countless nieces and nephews, in-laws, and friends whom he loved dearly.

Les was born in Houston, Texas on November 4, 1955 to Jack and Rita Little. He grew up with his 8 siblings with whom he shared many "what if" adventures and unforgettable memories. Les began working as a young man along side his father and brothers in their family-owned trucking business. He continued working in the truck sales industry until he retired in November of 2022. He enjoyed golf, traveling, motorcycles, fishing, and most importantly being with his grandsons.

He made an everlasting mark on so many people's lives and the world was a better place with him in it.

The family would like to extend an invitation to all who would like to join his celebration of life on December 29, 2023 at Carnes Funeral Home in Texas City from 5:00pm-8:00pm.
