Marcia Kay Williams age 67 of Galveston passed away Tuesday July 25, 2023, at Jennie Sealy Hospital in Galveston. Graveside services are 9:00am Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at Calvary Cemetery in Galveston.

Marcia Kay Williams was born Marcia Kay Overley on August 5, 1955 in Kansas City, Missouri to Betty Jean Griffin and William Hall Overley.

Marcia lived in Lancaster, TX where she married her husband Jeffrey Mark Williams and raised her two children Jason and Jeremy Williams. She worked in law-enforcement before working in tele-communications at Verizon. Marcia was beautiful in person and most importantly in spirit. Marcia was a Methodist Christian who loved God and prayed daily for her loved ones. She is in heaven now with the lord. She gave everything to raise her children and b an amazing grandmother every single day of her life until she passed away July 25, 2023. She was loved and will be missed by all.

Survivors include her sons Jeremy and Jason Williams, Jason's wife Kayla Williams and her grandchildren Harrison and Brinleigh Williams. She was also survived by her brother Gary Overley and many other family members and friends
