Maria Theresa Di Bartolo, 84 of Galveston, Texas passed away on July 31st, 2023.

Maria was born in Ragusa, Scoglitti, Sicily. Maria is survived by her beloved husband, Joseph DiBartolo and three children, Linda Bock (husband, Gregory Bock) of Toms River, New Jersey. Frances Lucia (husband, Michael Lucia) of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Richard DiBartolo of Galveston, Texas. Also, her only grand-daughter Nina Bella Lucia of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Maria and family resided in New Jersey until they decided to move to Galveston in 1975. She was loved by her family very much and will be greatly missed. Maria was a devoted mother and wife. She was a positive influence in our family. She was a kind and a loving woman. She exuded strength when dealing with life's challenges and was the true light and joy of our family.

Maria will be cremated at Carnes Brothers Funeral Home, Galveston, Texas. There will be a private vigil with family.
