Marko was born November 14, 1964 in Galveston to Marko Markovich, Sr. and Elizabeth Hazel Hartley Markovich. He was a 1982 graduate of Ball High School. He was a man of many talents working for Western Geophysical and then was employed with D & M Poultry for 21 years. He enjoyed offshore fishing and riding his motorcycle with his brother Mike. He enjoyed golfing, baseball and truly cherished time spent with his children the most; he would never miss taking Marko and Makenzie to Santa's Wonderland. He guarded his time with his family and enjoyed taking them out to dinner where the family could spend time together. He loved cooking, watching TV and taking rides with his kids. Marko was a true craftsman and a gifted wood worker, making cabinets and creating numerous objects from wood. He enjoyed giving his friends a hard time and generally kidding around with them. He had various one liners like " A snowball is better than no ball, and they melt really fast." Marko was a Corvette enthusiast and owned 1964, 1972 and 1973 models. He was a man who held deep love for his family and his friends. His presence we will miss but his memory we will never forget.
Preceded in death by his parents; survivors include his wife of 20 years Tina Christine Markovich; children Makenzie and Marko, III; sister Melanie Markovich and partner Jayson Crawford; brother Michael Markovich and wife Michelle and their children John Anthony and Vincent; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
