Neri Rolando Ovalle, Jr. 31 of Galveston died Tuesday March 16, 2021 at UTMB Hospital in Galveston. Funeral services are 10:00am Monday March 22, 2021 at Carnes Brothers Funeral Home in Galveston. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Galveston under the direction of Carnes Brothers Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home Monday, March 22, 2021 from 9:00 AM until service time.

Mr. Ovalle was born February 28, 1990 in Galveston, Texas to Neri and Esperanza Ovalle.

He was preceded by his father; Neri Rolando Ovalle, Sr.

Survivors include his son; Amari S. Andrews, mothers; Esperanza Ovalle, sisters; Nancy Cardenas (Carlos), Frances & Frank Ross, Juanita Ovalle (Jaime) brothers; Carlos & Lisa Alvarez and Ismael Ovalle. Nieces and nephews; Raymond & Andrea Cardenas ( Raymond & Anthony), Marcus & Stephanie Cardenas, Bianca Cardenas, Tyrone & Maryann Alvarez (Naveena, Nizhoni, Kaila), Christina Ross (Adrion Ayana), Clifton Homes, Jr., Brianna Ross, Salaya Homes, Jessica & Bubba Alvarado (Maya, Tre), Lea Alvarez, Carlos David Alvarez, Jr. (Destiney) (Anastasia), K'Trin Taylor, K'Treana Taylor, Jaime Perez, Jayleen Perez, Jaden Perez, Christiana Ovalle and Catalina Ovalle.

Pallbearers will be: Carlos Alvarez, Sr., Marcus Cardenas, Raymond Cardenas, Ismael Ovalle, K'Trin Taylor, Carlos Alvarez, Jr., Clifton Holmes, Jr. and Jaime Perez.
