Ofelia(Lulu) Odulia Fuentes(Lopez), was born September 5, 1954 to parents Natividad Lopez Sr. and Ofelia O. Rodriguez in Raymondville TX.  Lulu graduated from Ball High School in Galveston TX. She worked as a CNA for many years and had many patients that she grew to love dearly. Lulu enjoyed reading, dancing, crocheting, and spending time with friends and family.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family who survive her; children: Elvia Trahan(Charles Trahan), Jose Martinez(Kalie Brown), Elena Triplett(Dennis Triplett); grandchildren: Mason Martinez(Kaitlynne Martinez), Jake Martinez, Dasia Triplett, Mauro Ruiz Jr, Olivia Brown, Dennis Triplett Jr, Isabella Bardwell, Daylon Triplett; great grandchildren: Maverick Martinez, baby Ruiz. Siblings: Minerva Lara, Ernestina Siordia, Ismael Garcia, Elydia Zuniga, Natividad Lopez Jr., Rosalinda Robles(Friend/Sister), and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She is proceeded in death by her parents Natividad Lopez Sr. and Ofelia O. Rodriguez; brother: Alfredo Garcia.

The family will honor Lulu in a celebration of life at Carnes Brother Funeral Home, 1201 23rd st Galveston TX. 77550, on Friday July 26th, 2024 from 5:00pm-8:00pm. A blessing will be recited at 6:30pm. Lulu will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery 2506- 65th St Galveston, Texas 77551 on Saturday July 27th, 2024 at 11:00am. A reception to follow at St. Patrick's Catholic Church Parish Hall 1021- 34th St Galveston, Texas 77550.
