Rebecca Jones, 80, departed this life on July 18, 2023 at The Courtyards in Pasadena, Texas.

She was born in Morgan City, Louisiana on June 8, 1943 to the late Evans "Pete" and Albertha Wilson.

Rebecca was a loving, super housewife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, and being involved with the church. She was employed at Fisherman's Wharf on Pier 19, Home Health Provider for multiple years, American National Insurance Company, and Treasure Island. She was a faithful member of New Hope Baptist Church and taught Sunday School.

Rebecca was proceeded in death by long-time friend Alton Jones, Sr.; sisters Marie Austin and Rose Mary Gray; sons Michael Jackson, Ray Allen Jones, Gerald Jones, and Willie Jackson; daughters Brenda Jones, Linda Artmore, and Sandra Guillory; brothers Lloyd Wilson, Joseph Wilson, Louis Wilson and Angel Washington.

Left to cherish her memories: Loretta Watson, Sara Hebert, Anita Adesanys, John Wilson, Clarence Wilson, James Jackson, Wallace and Kimberly Jones, Alton Jones, Jr., La Shawn and LaJoya Martin Jones, Hannah and Vincent Lomax, Elizabeth and Harold Kirkman, David and Trudy Jackson, daughter-in-law Christina Jackson, Kevin Caligone and Grady Venzant, and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
