Richard Howard "RICK" Meadows age 65 of Seabrook, Texas., died Saturday May 30, 2020 at Jennie Sealy Hospital in Galveston.

Rick was born November 27,1954 in Jacksonville, Illinois, to R. Howard Meadows and Dorothy Maxine McDannald .

Rick was preceded in death by his parents and his younger brother John Eric Meadows.

Rick has one surviving brother, Shawn Meadows (Renee), and four sisters, Carolyn Allen of Effingham, Illinois, Sandra Griffis (Don), of Granbury, TX., Tina Harris of Leon, Iowa and Cindy Sparks of Columbus, Mississippi. He has been blest with numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation will be held from 1:00pm until 3:00pm on Saturday, June 6 ^th at Carnes Funeral Home, 3100 Gulf Frwy, Texas City, Texas. 77591. Rick will be cremated and his ashes taken back to Illinois.
