In Loving Memory of Richard Todd Miller

On May 21, 2026, Richard Todd Miller, age 53, peacefully left this world at Houston Methodist Hospital due to heart failure. Born on March 20, 1973, in Galveston, Texas, Todd lived a life filled with love, laughter, family, and friendship.

We find comfort in knowing that Todd has been reunited in Heaven with his beloved mother, father, brother, and nephew Jack, whom he missed dearly.

Todd was the devoted husband of Rikki Enriquez for 15 wonderful years. He was a loving stepfather to Mary/partner morgan, Colin, and a cherished father figure to Seleste (Sergio). One of his greatest joys in life was being "T-Pop" to his beloved Xyla and Sebastian, whom he loved beyond measure.

Todd had a passion for fishing, taking long drives around Galveston Island, cooking delicious meals, helping others, and spending time with family and friends. He never hesitated to lend a helping hand to someone in need and was known for his kind heart, generous spirit, and ability to make those around him feel welcome and loved.

He is survived by his loving wife, Rikki Enriquez; his children Mary(Morgan) and Colin, daughter figure Seleste (Sergio); Xyla and Sebastian; sister Diane(Roland), Brother in laws Richard, Adrian (Lisa), and Mikey; niece Alyssa; nephew Roland; great-niece Marley; great-nephews Owen and Max; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who became family throughout his life. Todd loved each of them deeply and treasured every moment spent together.

Though our hearts are broken by his passing, we are grateful for the memories, laughter, wisdom, and love he shared with all who knew him. His legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched and the family he cherished above all else.

Forever loved, forever missed, and forever in our hearts.

The family looks forward to gathering with loved ones to celebrate Todd's life, share stories, and honor the incredible man he was at 6:00pm Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Carnes Brothers Funeral Home.
