Robert Alexander Tara (1970–2025)

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Alexander Tara, who left us far too soon on April 3, 2025, in Galveston, Texas, at the age of 55.

Born on March 10, 1970, in Hartford, Connecticut, Robert was a proud graduate of the University of Houston. He was a devoted father to Kelsey and Alicia, a loving son to Stella and Alex, and a cherished brother to Beata and Alexandra. His family was his greatest joy. He was kind, caring, empathetic, considerate, intelligent, and hardworking.

Robert built a successful career as a Natural Gas Trader and Scheduler. He loved his job and embraced his work with dedication and enthusiasm. Beyond his work, he was a man of simple pleasures—he found happiness in heartfelt conversations with friends and family, peaceful walks, and most of all, the time he spent with his daughters. He was a patient and encouraging father who took pride in guiding and supporting his children as they pursued their education and dreams.

Robert's presence brought comfort and laughter to those around him. Though he is no longer with us, his love, kindness, and compassion will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
