Sherry Ann Menotti, age 73, of Galveston passed away on Monday, January 8, 2024. She was born May 7, 1950 to Bindo Menotti and Geraldine Pentony Menotti, proprietors of Menotti's Grocery in Galveston.

Sherry was a proud BOI. She met her husband, John, and raised her daughter and granddaughter in Galveston. Sherry had a distinguished 24-year tenure as an Executive Assistant at Texas A&M at Galveston before retiring.

She was a pillar of love and support and brought joy to those around her with her infectious laughter and unwavering encouragement. Sherry loved pets, plants (especially plumerias), hunting with John at their Kalamar Ranch in South Texas, and crafting anything and everything.
Witty and resilient, Sherry's unconditional love for her family knew no bounds. Her most cherished role was that of "Maw Maw," which she embraced with unmatched devotion.

Sherry was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her daughter Marla Migliavacca Dennis (Fred), granddaughter Kaitlyn (King) White (Parker), husband John Schwarz, stepdaughter Lauren Schwarz Triebenbach and family, her faithful Yorkie companion Spankie,
her sister Janet Mitchell, and nieces and nephews.

She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and creativity that will continue to inspire us all. Sherry will be deeply missed and forever be in our hearts.
