Tony Eugene Dial age 70 of Texas City died Saturday, November 1, 2025 at his residence in Texas City. Funeral services are 11:00am Friday, November 7, 2025 at Carnes Funeral Home 3100 I-45 N Texas City, Texas 77591. Burial will follow at 1:30pm on Friday at Brookside Memorial Park in Houston. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00pm until 8:00pm.

Tony was born August 27, 1955 in Pasadena, Texas to Ralph Eugene Dial and Mary Frances Murphy Dial. He after graduating Pasadena High School he went to and graduated from the University of Houston class of 1975. He was hired at Texas Petro Chemical at the age of 24 a job that he loved and excelled at. After just 5 years on the job Tony was promoted to Plant Manager and would end up responsible for the entire operation before retiring with over 38 years of service.

Tony was a man of faith and family, and was a Baptist all of his life. He met his beloved wife Shirley Ann Stockfleth and the couple married having just completed 35 years of marriage.

Preceded in death by his parents; survivors include his wife Shirley Stockfleth Dial of Texas City; daughter Brittny O'Bryan of Kentucky; Son Darryl Estes Thompson and husband George Thompson of Galveston and son Chris Estes and wife Sharon of Kentucky; grandchildren Isabella and Makayla O'Bryan both of Kentucky; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in laws, other relatives and many friends and co-workers.

Pallbearers are Thomas Quebe, Kent Norman, Darryl Thompson and George Thompson.
