Obituary

Victor (Trey) Rene Gonzales III was born in Galveston, Texas on October 17, 2003, to his loving parents, Toni Castaneda and Victor R. Gonzales Jr. He went home with the Lord on Friday, January 20, 2023, at the age of 19.

Trey was raised in League City, Texas. Growing up, he enjoyed playing baseball and basketball, swimming, and reading. He had a strong love for animals, especially dogs, and enjoyed going for walks and being outdoors. He loved spending time with family, listening to music, and driving around in fast cars just taking in the scenery.  He lived every day in the moment and showed his love immensely. You would never find Trey at home, he made the most of his days and lived his life to the fullest, making every day memorable. He was known as a fun, loving young man who loved God and had a great sense of humor.  He will be remembered for his heart of gold, beautiful soul, and infectious smile. "The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps." (Proverbs 16:9 ESV).
