Wilniqua Burrell was born on January 5,1994 in Galveston Tx to Doris Hayes and Willie Burrell Jr.

Wilniqua was known as "GIRLIE", she received this name from her great-grandmother Ruth Woodworth, whom she would enjoy her morning talks with for the 29 years of her life. Girlie attended Ball High School in Galveston Tx. Girlie never met a stranger, she shared love and laughter with everyone she came encounter with.

Wilniqua received her wings and went home to be with the Lord on May 29, 2023 at UTMB hospital, surrounded by her love ones.

Wilniqua is preceded in death by her father: Willie Burrell Jr., great grandfather, Eddie Woodworth, Sr., grandparents: Barbara Nell Hayes and Ervin Rushing.

Wilniqua leaves to cherish her mother: Doris Hayes, grandparents: JoAnn Harris and Willie Burrell Sr. great- grandmother Ruth Woodworth. brothers: Clarence Hart Jr.,DiJion Henderson, Walter Henderson lll ( Zianne ) and Deonza Henderson Sisters: Whitney Burrell and Wilneshia Burrell. Aunt: Shivon Burrell, Uncle: Donald Ray Hayes, Very Devoted great-aunt /caregiver Michaela Brown, great-aunts: Lisa Ejoyoma (Ejovi), Lois Woodworth, Annie Wilson and Shelia Mason, great-uncles: Darryl Hayes and Eddie Woodworth Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.
